Please keep in mind that we are a small apparel company. Currently, it is not always in our ability to ship our items out as quickly as some larger companies. However, we know that our transparency helps to alleviate some anxieties that may occur when buying from a new store. So let us walk you through an order.
The shipping process occurs as follows: (1)Your order is placed. (2)Your order is processed (managed, printed/sewn, packaged, and labeled). (3)Your order is fulfilled (shipped out to you). (4)Your order travels in delivery. (5)You receive your order.
For clarity, we offer free shipping to locations in the United States, applied automatically at checkout. Also, processing is the time that it takes to make, package, and label your item. Fulfillment occurs when your product is officially shipped out and on its way to you. Delivery dates are the estimated dates that your order arrives on your doorstep. Items that are ordered after 12pm begin processing within 1-2 business days (not including holidays or weekends).
**Remember that each item that you order is made fresh/brand-new after you place the order. This helps us to save on overproduction and waste, and less waste helps the environment. (Again, yuuuuh!) Also ,unlike the larger stores, it's also a plus to know that no one has ever worn your item before you have. This is why some of the items that you order may have a "vinegar" smell - they are almost literally "fresh off the press". The smell comes from the fixation agents used in the printing process on some garments. They help to bond the ink to the clothing material. No worries, it should go away after one wash.**
Keep in mind that each item that you order may take a different amount of time to produce and ship as each item is designed differently. Although most packages will most likely arrive sooner, in order to better manage your expectations, please allow up to/around two weeks for your items to reach you. You will be given an estimated time of arrival, but please remember that this is an estimate and may slightly vary. Production/fulfillment times may also vary, and the arrival of your items may be based on external/internal circumstances that are outside of our control (delivery issues, worker issues, production issues, etc).
